Information you provide

If you contact CrestVant Technology Group through our consulting inquiry form or by email, you may provide your name, email address, company, role, and information about your inquiry. Please provide only high-level business context.

How we use information

We use information you provide to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential consulting fit, and maintain reasonable business correspondence. Participating in research does not create a consulting relationship or an obligation to purchase services.

Major Incident Management research

CrestVant may invite professionals to participate voluntarily in research about general major incident management practices and potential needs for external support. We do not request internal incident reports, confidential company information, customer data, credentials, or production-system details. We ask participants to avoid sharing such information.

Research conversations may help us understand potential demand for CrestVant services. We do not automatically enroll research participants in sales outreach. If a participant expresses interest in our services, we may ask whether they would like a separate commercial follow-up.

Our intended practice is to take limited, high-level research notes without recording interviews. Identifiable research notes are normally deleted within 90 days. Email correspondence and records of a requested business follow-up may be retained separately for legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable requirements. Before any AI-assisted telephone interviews begin, we will disclose the use of an AI voice agent, obtain appropriate permission, and verify the provider’s recording, transcription, and data-retention settings.

Future opportunities

We are not currently hiring. If you register your interest in future opportunities, we collect your name, email address, area of expertise, optional professional-profile link, and your agreement to future-opportunity contact. No résumé upload is requested. We use these details to evaluate potential fit and contact you about relevant future opportunities; submission does not guarantee an interview, employment, or a response.

These details are handled through Netlify Forms and, if you email us or we correspond with you, Google Workspace. Registering interest does not automatically enroll you in marketing or consulting outreach. You may withdraw your interest and request removal of your submitted details by emailing contact@crestvant.com from the email address you used. Please do not provide sensitive personal information or confidential employer or client information.

Website hosting, email, and forms

The website is hosted on Netlify. Consulting inquiry and future-opportunity forms are configured to use Netlify Forms, which processes submissions through its service when form handling is enabled. Research and business email sent to our CrestVant address is handled through our business email service, Google Workspace. Those service providers may process information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

Do not submit sensitive information

Please do not submit passwords, authentication secrets, customer data, protected health information, production-system details, proprietary incident records, or other confidential information through this website, by research email, or during research conversations.

Cookies and analytics

The website code does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. The hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to operate their services. If CrestVant adds new analytics or other integrations, we will review and update this notice as appropriate.

Client relationship

Submitting an inquiry or participating in research does not establish a consulting or other client relationship with CrestVant. Any consulting engagement requires a separate agreement.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our services, research practices, or technology providers change.
